App is broken, no fix for weeks

App used to work fine.
I let it up update a few weeks ago and bam, doesnt load. Says check your network.

So I try just cell data on my iPhone 5. Same error.
Try home wifi. Same error.
Tried public wifi, friends wifi.
Same error.

Uninstall and re install the app was suggested and done. Same error.

Tried it on an iPad Air. Same error. Had friends try to put. Same error.

I did email support and have yet to receive a reply.

App used to be cool and part of daily routine.

If they manage to fix it, will update review.
